Piano Lessons
Located in beautiful Sooke, British Columbia, Music by Nature is a unique music school, offering private piano lessons for all ages.
Founder Veronica Pemberton is a dedicated and passionate teacher. She draws on a diverse background of musical, educational, and training approaches to provide each student with a highly-individualized pathway to musical success and satisfaction.
A classically-trained pianist, Veronica returned to university after many years as a management consultant and executive coach to pursue a Baccalauréat en musique (B.Mus.) at the University of Montreal, where she studied piano, music theory and composition. In addition, Veronica has undertaken extensive studies at Carnegie-Mellon University (Pittsburgh, PA) in Dalcroze Eurhythmics, an innovative and effective music teaching method designed to deepen and expand a student's musical experience, knowledge, and mastery through physical embodiment of the elements of music.
As a teacher, Veronica works to develop each student's innate musical expression while acquiring the full range of musical skills and piano technique.
